Toll Brothers’ single and two-story Blackstone luxury designs, many of which range from 2,400 to 4,200 square feet, are scheduled for opening in mid-2014. There are over 400 residents already living in Blackstone at Vistancia.
Trilogy, the active adult community in Vistancia consists of Shea Homes ranging from 1,437 to 3,096 square feet, this active adult golf course community in Peoria, Arizona is home to many retirees.

Additionally, Vistancia’s Blackstone Country Club has experienced a significant membership increase. The private country club has nearly doubled its amount of members over the past year.
Vistancia’s other recreational experiences include the three-and-a-half mile Discovery Trail, located near the Sonoran Desert. It is considered the heart of Vistancia since it connects the entire community to on-site schools, scenic parks, picnic areas, and paved walkways.
